EVENT PRODUCTION
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We oversee the production of all types of events: private and corporate events, luxury parties, exhibition stands, roadshows and temporary shops. Thanks to our experience we offer exclusive locations, we take care of budget management and agree with the client all the stages of implementation, in order to meet the client’s expectations and needs.
GENERAL CONTRACTOR
When needed, we organize the activities and interventions of other operators involved in the implementation of the project, check the requirements of suitability and safety envisaged by current laws, and issue official certifications of materials, structures and plants we build.
ON SITE
Customer support in all phases of the event:
- On-site management of the suppliers involved: catering, scenography, floral arrangements, furniture, photo and video shoots, hostess and technical and security staff, artistic entertainment, music and dj sets;
- Management of technical equipment (audio, video, lights, led walls, etc.) and construction sites (cranes, electric generators, toilets, static structures, goods handling machines, etc.);
- Final check up to verify that the set-up fully corresponds to the project agreed with the customer.
LOGISTICS
The element of success of any initiative is dedicating special attention to each step, especially in all projects involving multiple locations. For this purpose, each activity is planned beforehand, depending on the means of transport used. Availability of ample areas of warehouse allows the consolidation of the goods coming from various suppliers, in order to optimize the following planned activities.
